Welcome to Ozark Adventure Club. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at ozarkadventureclub.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site and membership

The Site provides information about Ozark Adventure Club, a private, members-only outdoor club, and lets you request to join our waitlist or apply for membership. Submitting a form or joining the waitlist is a request only — it does not create a membership or guarantee that one will be offered. Membership, when offered, is governed by a separate written Membership Agreement, and the terms of that agreement control your membership relationship with the club. Membership tiers, benefits, and pricing described on the Site are subject to change.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to submit information through the Site or to apply for membership.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security;
Attempt to access areas or data not intended for you;
Use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content; or
Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content except as allowed below.

Intellectual property

The content on this Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the Ozark Adventure Club name and marks — is owned by the club or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not otherwise reproduce or use our content without our permission. Partner names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used with permission.

Third-party links and partners

The Site links to partners and other third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those sites, and a link does not imply our endorsement. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

Outdoor activities and assumption of risk

Ozark Adventure Club involves outdoor recreation — including activities on and around water, trails, gravel roads, and rugged terrain — which carry inherent risks of injury or loss. Information on this Site is provided for general purposes only and is not a substitute for your own judgment, proper training, or professional guidance. Participation in club activities is governed by the Membership Agreement and any waivers, rules, or safety requirements the club provides, which you will be asked to review and accept separately.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ozark Adventure Club and its owners, members, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ozark Adventure Club and its owners and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in or serving McDonald County, Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
